Shipping & Returns Information

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be displayed at the checkout, however I have also included a table below which outlines the shipping rates. All orders will be tracked and you will receive a tracking reference upon shipment.

I have a full-time job separate to this, and whilst I will try to ship your order straight away, there may be the occasional delay. It should never be longer than 2 to 3 days after placing the order, but if it looks like it’ll be longer than this for any reason, I will let you know.

In the event that an order gets lost during shipping, please contact me and I will try to get to the bottom of the issue. There is often a certain period of time that has to pass before a claim can be made with Royal Mail, so please be patient in the unlikely event we have to go down that route!

Likewise, if an order is returned me as undelivered by Royal Mail, I will work with you to understand what has happened. If it’s a mistake my end, I will of course re-send the order to you, however if it has not been collected, or missed, or the customs bill has not been paid, I will not take any responsibility and this will have to be covered by you.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, or wish to return it, please contact me. Mistakes may happen and I aim to resolve any disputes as quickly and amicably as possible!

International Orders

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
